Return Process:

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Securely package the scalpel blades, ensuring they are unused and in their original packaging.
  4. Clearly label the package with the provided RA number.
  5. Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method.

Return Time frame:

In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with the item, you can return the item till 30 days after Purchase.

Refund:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will issue a refund within 7 working days after returning the product to your original payment method, excluding the $15 return fee.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive damaged or defective scalpel blades, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, and the return fee will be waived in such cases.
